Prepaid Card
You don’t have to take the risk of carrying cash in your pocket anymore!

With the Billetel Prepaid MasterCard® you can make all types of purchases at any establishment in the United States that accepts Debit MasterCard cards, through catalogs or over the Internet!

But that’s not all!

If your card is a Billetel Maestro® Card, you can also make purchases at thousands of retail locations in the United States that accept Maestro®, Cirrus® or STAR® cards.

 


 

 

Calling Card
Stay in touch with your family and friends!

The Billetel card allows you to make local and long distance phone calls from any telephone.

A toll-free number is provided on the back of the Cards for such purposes:

1-800-816-1156

Once you access the calling card menu,  follow the instructions to perform your call.

Every time you make a telephone call using the Billetel Card, the rate of the call is debited from the card balance.

If you wish to make a phone call within the United States, you’ll have to dial 1 + area code + phone number.

If you wish to make a phone call from the United States to the rest of the world, dial 011 + country code + area code + phone number.

 

 

 

Cash Card

With your Billetel Card you can get cash at any time from any ATM that bears the MasterCard, Maestro, or Cirrus acceptance marks.

When trying to withdraw money from an ATM you will be asked for a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

When using the ATM you will be asked to select an account type, please select “Checking Account”.

 

 

 

Money Sharing Card
Forget about long lines, complicated processes and the high prices of sending money through the traditional companies!

Billetel cardholders can share funds with an additional card so their family, friends and relatives can also enjoy the benefits of the Billetel Prepaid MasterCard® with their own Billetel Maestro® Card.

Our 2-card system includes both a Billetel Prepaid MasterCard® and a Billetel Maestro® Card, which can be sent to friend or relative in or outside the United States.

To send money to another card, just dial 1-866-759-6077

Select the option “Send Money”. Follow the instructions and you’re done! Your additional cardholder will be able to withdraw money in seconds at his/her local ATMs that bear the MasterCard, Maestro, or Cirrus acceptance marks.

IMPORTANT: Before sending money for the first time, confirm that the Billetel card you sent is in the hands of the right person and that this person has the corresponding Personal Identification Number (PIN).

 

 

 

Payroll Direct Deposit
Forget about the high fees you have to pay when cashing checks!

The Billetel Prepaid MasterCard and Billetel Maestro® cards are practical, ready-to-use, all-in-one payroll solutions that will help employers reduce their operational costs and will allow employees to have access to their payroll funds immediately. All without paying expensive check cashing fees.

Direct Deposit is available to U.S. workers only. Ask your employer to deposit your salary onto the Billetel Card. You will receive your entire salary and will be able to withdraw it at any time, from any ATM that displays the network logos shown on the back of your card.

Enrollment in Direct Deposit is Easy. Just fill out the Direct Deposit Form included in your card package or provide your employer with the following information:

Your 14 digit OAN (Online Account Number)
