To activate your card you just have to contact our Customer Service Department by calling the number on the Activation Label. Our representatives are ready to activate your card and will answer all of your questions.

If this is the first time you activate a Billetel Card, have your government issued Identification at hand. You will also be requested to provide your date of birth and a valid address in the United States.
